We are committed to providing service excellence and will not bill the customer for service or repairs until a job is completed.

Where factory parts are no longer available we have the ability (where cost efficient) to manufacture or repair parts in our machine shop.

 

We can carry out service work nationwide at a time convenient to you.

We pride ourselves in our product knowledge and are constantly seeking product training on new and varied OEM devices from many different manufacturers at home and abroad.

We are constantly asked by laboratory equipment suppliers to service / repair equipment that is outside of the scope of their current service providers
